THE SUZUKI METHOD promotes ability development through weekly private lessons and group classes. Parental involvement, daily practice and listening, and repetition and review are required and essential to success.
Private lessons teach technique and new repertoire, while group classes focus on musicianship skills like reading, repertoire review, performing, and ensemble playing
There are regularly scheduled recitals at the Gryphon Theater and extra performances at "Arts in the Park", the Farmer's Market, Albany County Public Library, Ivinson Hospital, and on community radio KOCA.
Here is a great VIDEO about the Suzuki Guitar Method:
ADULTS & TEENS are encouraged to continue life long learning though the guitar with private lessons and participation in LARGE, the LAramie Guitar Ensemble. There are also opportunities for performance in a supportive environment.

In addition to standard instruments, we also use an octave guitar (tuned one octave higher than standard) and a contrabass guitar (tuned one octave lower). We meet 6:30 pm on Mondays in room 254 of the Laramie Plains Civic Center. Feel free to stop by!
